Passion Fruit

Passion fruit pulp with seeds is extracted from fruits selected at the right point of ripeness to get a pulp with adequate sweetness and acidity. This pulp is extracted from their natural skin, through standardized processes that minimize the risk of contamination. The pulp with seeds is packed in buckets with airtight lids and frozen at -18ºC, ensuring the quality of the pulp for a minimum of 2 years.
